Community Impact

We are committed to growing relationships and empowering meaningful community impact.

Involvement

Stakeholder Employees, Communities, Customers, Partners, Shareholders

Our stakeholder model, as it relates to community impact, is a framework that emphasizes the importance of considering all parties affected by an organization’s actions—not just shareholders or investors, but a broad range of stakeholders.

Our purpose of Empowering Your Journey to Success applies to all our stakeholders – our employees, customers, partners, shareholders, and, communities. We do this through giving, involvement, collaboration, economic growth, and social equity.

At ABC, we’re proud to champion a culture of service. Whether it’s volunteering at a local food bank, fundraising on the golf course, or supporting schools and libraries, we encourage our employees to roll up their sleeves and give back. By investing our time and energy into the places we live and work, we help build stronger, more connected communities—together.
