Paid Time Off (PTO):

At ABC, we know time away from work is important. Our paid time off benefits are designed to support rest, personal needs, family priorities, and community involvement.

• Full-time employees can accrue a minimum of (17) PTO days during their first full calendar year of work.
• Part-time employees can accrue at least one (1) 30-hour week of paid time off once you have met the service requirements.

Additional Paid Time Off:

Holidays – Full-time employees receive (8) hours of pay at their regular wage rate for observed Bank holidays, and Part-time employees receive (4) hours of pay at their regular wage rate for four (4) observed Bank holidays. 

Volunteer – Full-time employees can donate up to 16 hours per calendar year toward an approved 501c 3 charitable organization. Part-time employees can use up to two paid volunteer days each year, based on four-hour days.

Paid Parental Leave: Full-time employees are eligible for 2 weeks of paid parental leave.
